Mystery Quill Knife

I have this quill knife but I know nothing about it. Does anyone know who made it or where it may have come from, like England or Germany?

i believe it's from eskilstuna, sweden. the cutlers from this area were famous for their fancy lobster style knives.

I've considered that it might be an Eskilstuna knife before but to me that only explains the "TUNA" part of the stamp. The letters above it keep me wondering.
