Are There Any BASEBALL Fans On The Forum?

If you can think of something to talk about that is not related to knives, discuss it here.

Another good article https://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/291 ... nolan-ryan

Great quote from Oscar Gamble. He said a good day against Nolan Ryan was 0-for4 and not getting hit in the head!

Well finally, it’s on! https://www.mlb.com/news/mlb-announces- ... 2998255388

And as predicted the DH will be used in both leagues. ::doh::

The MLB announcement talked at length about how the players will be tested and guidelines with which they will have to comply. But I’ve seen nothing yet about what will be required of fans attending games, or even if that will be allowed. ::shrug::

And nothing about either the damnYankees or the Lastros being sacrificed. ::dang::

No fans in the stands. 😔😔😔

Looks like lefty closers are getting screwed too, if there's extra innings.

Today is Bobby Bonilla Day, that is the day when he gets his $1.19 million payment from the Mets. This will continue on July 1 until 2036. He is 57 years old, has not played since 2001, and not for the Mets since 1999. Truly a bizarre story and a good example of why sports team owners are the most brain dead business people alive. No wonder a hot dog and a beer are so spendy at MLB parks.
