Wholesale prices on pocket knives
Does anyone know about what the wholesale prices or markup is on most of the standard pattern knives, mainly Case Brand?

I'm no authority, but since no one else has chimed in...
My only frame of reference was when a reputable seller was unloading some standard Case patterns "at cost" for a little while (ostensibly to guage demand for steep discounts) and I bought an amber bone CV 6375 for about $36 from him. These generally go for about $40 retail from the better internet dealers, so I took from this experience that markup is only about 10% - 12%.
My two cents, although it's probably not even worth that

HI!
When I worked in the retail business years ago, CASE knives were marked up 100%. If you wholesaled for $25 it retailed for $50. I believe that in the bigger stores, this is still the case.

Wholesale Prices
I don't know if this helps but I just bought a MOP Canoe without shield and one of only 50 that were made by Case,on eBay from Shepherd Hills Cutlery for a total of $85.00 including shipping. That same pattern knife
is still for sale at Shepherd Hills for $159.99.
