Does anyone what exact date the "Tested XX" trade mark was transfered from Case Bros. to W.R. Case Sons(According to the United States Patent Office)??? Take Care

i've read it was in 1914 in several sources.

Yep, accoring to the United States Patent Office it was October 21 1914. Case Bros. went out of Business in 1915.
