A Cut Above
Having an extra glass display case, I decided to showcase some knives I consider better than average. I excluded Bulldogs and GECs.

These are judged by the eye, fit and finish. Also, some test cutting of hair and paper.

I like them all. But my eyes are really drawn to the S&M Congress. I have a few S&M Congresses and think they are one of the finest looking Congress knives ever made. Very nice Garry.

Mark, I agree. I think the Congress was a singularly successful design for S&M.
