Case sunfish/elephant toes.

Post by Paul Z »

I'm currently involved in starting a collection of toothpicks & tuxedos, and have a nice start. Browsing some websites, I fell in love with elephant toes/sunfish. This is a pattern I haven't seen a lot of. Are they still produced, or are they special orders ? Thanks again !

Oh Boy, do I have a treat for you...

If you are into the toenails, I suggest checking this site out if you haven't already.

There are a few manufacturers still making the toenail, I notice that you're collecting several Case knives. They have been making some here and there. Mostly special issues (Case family sets), or special factory orders (Shepherd hills Exclusives)... Stuff like that.

Thanks Bryan, those links were a treat.

I often "browse" at Shepherd Hills, don't know how I missed the toenail link !

HEY!

Check this out!!! I carry this same knife everyday. I love it and the looks it gets are well worth it to me. But I am crazy about old PA knives anyways.
