Help Identifying Little Valley Knife Please. Maybe Cattaraugus?

This MOP pen knife arrived today. I am very happy with it, but would really like to id the maker. The seller listed the maker as Little Valley, but I knew that was wrong. As you can see, the manufacturer's name is worn off on both blades, but "CUTLERY CO LITTLE VALLEY N.Y." is clearly present. The last picture is the tang stamp on the secondary blade. I couldn't get it to show in the pictures, but I can see some fragments of the manufacturer's name with a magnifier. But not enough to even be certain of one letter. (I am hoping/guessing it is Cattaraugus, but that is just wishful thinking.) Any help, theories, or hunches would be greatly appreciated!
