Knife is a standard packing house skinner, often used in kitchens and by hunters. Goins says knife was made between circa 1916 and 1926.

Googled Enders knife and there are references to Wm. Enders, KeenKutter, E.C. Simmons all in the same bits of information.
I would guess it is a skinning knife.

Wm Enders is missing an "e" at the end. This knife is a product of Ernest Enderes who began in Littleport, Iowa in 1908, moved to Albert Lea, MN in 1916 and sold the company in 1926. It is possible that the knife is from Littleport and a little earlier but Goins doesn't say if the Littleport knives were marked as made in Littleport. He shows a similar mark which he says is from the Abert Lea era. There are some errors in Goins book but in general he is pretty close if not right on.
