The hat is the Shy Game model from Outback Trading Co.
The knife is a 6347 SS in amber bone from Case.

A Schatt & Morgan (Queen) #94 Doctor's Knife with SS & bone & a Case #6227 Small Premium Jack with CV & bone. I got the Doctor's knife recently to see if I like it. I do. I like some patterns I never imagined I'd carry. I must like the Case, too. I've had it for 50 years, or more.
