Unknown knife found at flea market.

I wonder if any of you guys can tell me more about this knife I got at a flea market. (see picture)
It has a knife, fork, spoon, can opener, bottle opener, saw or serrated knife, cork screw, flat head screwdriver, tooth pick, file, and a blade that I'm not sure what its for that only opens to a 90 degree angle.
Also on the knife blade it says stellar and under that it says japan.
I would like to know anything you can tell me about the knife and how to go about restoring it.

No other expanation. Pretty cool knife for a Jap one though!
