I've bought plenty of knives from AAPK stores. I guess I'm just wanting to go look as some quality stuff.

Queen factory is in Titusville not Bradford.Queen does retail at factory & Case has retail at Bradford showroom right next to Case Zippo factory.

Try http://www.schattandmorgan.com for Schatt&morgan

Try www.crisnercutlery.com for Queen

i know how you feel..northern arizona doesn't have one decent knife shop..or a gun shop that sells knives...or a hardware store that carrys a selection of american made knives...
one place in the mall that thinks tactial and chinese are a great combination for a knife.

Queen is one of those knives...at least around here...you pretty much have to find it online.

OK look in the local paper for ESTATE SALES. Most are run on saterday morning. Some times you get gr8 deals on knives. I am sure you will go back home with some thing you did not know you needed...LOL

Take a girl with you too it's more fun then.

Queen used to have a factory store at one time. Verify with them if it is no longer there. Also, contact Canal Street and see if they have a retail outlet. Obviously, if you are thinking Bradford, Case has a retail shop and call Great Eastern to see if they have one.

I was at the NKCA Wilmington show yesterday and talked with the Queen people I was told that they still do sales at the Titusville factory. They had some sample prototype Smooth bone Schatts there that may be used on up coming sets.If used it would be the first time for handles that use smooth bone material in the series sets, . The knives were close to their honey amber bone color, very nice. They also had some neat File & Wire prototypes , Worm grove with a white, gray & black cast to them,I wish I would of brought my camera ::doh:: I picked up the 08-09 product guide and pictured on the back cover is the sign on the factory that reads "Company Store".

My buddy and I had a great time at the show we talked to some old friends and met some mighty fine people there. (also spent way to much $$$$$ :)I was able pick up a Series IX set from Clarence ::ds:: ,they are the first of only two that use ATS-34 on the master blade.

Very glad to here you had a fun time.

That old man Clarence is a fun person to talk to.

I do understand it when you said you spent to much money, but that was the reason you went right...
