Newest Case Pick-Ups

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

This 5265 SAB showed up today, XX era, used with sharpening scratches but other than that excellent condition, bear trap snap that would take a finger off if you get it in the way. Nice stag that is not too thick.

I picked this one up last month on fleabay. The seller had it listed as wood handles. I paid $59 for it. It's a 2001 Silver Script 6265. I'm not sure what bone color it is but it's not wood. Let me know what you think.

Been sick as of late, and unfortunately missed two weeks of work. Was lucky enough to pick up a few knives before I got sick. Have been eyeing this orange Derlin handled 6375 on the Case knife outlet site over the past two months. To say its "orange" is quite an understatement. Would like to add the blue Derlin covered one Case put out a few years ago. Will have to postpone some knife purchases for the month, until everything gets back on track.
Hope everyone enjoys the photos.
Thanks,
Phil
