It's a '67.
The '65 has straighter lines, the '66 and '67 have more of the Coke-bottle shape. Notice the slight swell to the rear quarter.

John, AG Russell ran an annual series of knives honoring the Texas Rangers. I used to have all of them but this is the only one I have retained.

Glad you like it John. They were all very well made. Many who obtained these were unaware that the very first in the series were made by Camillus and were not lock backs as were all the others which were made offshore.

Nice one Garry.
I was eyeballing the Bowie in that series a few years back, their 2017 offering. I just checked the site. Still available, but out of my price range and carrying a fixed blade just doesn't work for me. :(
