Any info on Case Fixed Blade?

Anybody able to identify this Case fixed blade? Picked it up over the weekend and know nothing about it.

Looks like a 357 to me

Maybe. Looks a little like a 361-5 to me. Not sure if the sheath is original to the knife. But they write volumes on what I don't know.
