I don't remember seeing Old Kentucky cigarettes up here, however, I was never a smoker.

Dan, thanks for the comment. I had not heard of that brand of cigarettes either, until I researched a little after getting this knife. I never was able to find dates, but I got the impression that they were only around in the early 20th century, so, probably not around in our lifetimes.
