Really odd blade

Could it be some kind of Leather punch?

That's what I thought, the possibly leather handles would make sense too.

maybe an awl, but it looks kind wide unless it is flexible like a needle threader

I thought of a needle threader too, MM. For pulling yarn through a darning needle. Or . . . . . . for blowing bubbles

I don't think it is a pocket knife at all but rather a folding lancet.The blade is used to puncture a vein to bleed a person;the other blade I'm not sure.

Read the other forum. I thought of the sewing tool angle too....but to me the loop is too big. The magnifying glass thought is interesting.
