Our Friends need our prayers

My wife just told me that 2 of our friends (a husband and wife) have both come into the clinic and tested positive for covid 19....
They are our age (60's) so they are in the "high risk" category.
Please remember them in a prayer to Our Deliverer.....

Father, thank You that we can come to You with our burdens.
Our friends have become sick with this mysterious disease. Please give them the comfort and healing that they need to overcome this illness.
The government and the news media has everyone so scared of this mess that we run in the other direction when we find out that someone we know has it. Show us how we can help them in any way You would have us to.
Please help our national leaders to lead us with confidence in this time of need. And Father, please give our medical experts the avenue to find the medicine we need to fight this disease. It hurts us to see ANYONE suffer with this illness.....
Please comfort us Father.

My wife said the ICU is full at her hospital (10 units).... they are about to convert some other areas into ICU rooms.

Please continue to pray for our country and other countries as well.
Situations like this is where the citizens get hurt most.

I have a friend who also tested positive to Covid-19 three weeks ago, who has recovered very well. I know that this is serious and that it kills many people, but at the same time a majority of infected people recover. Praying for your friends!

So much uncertainty concerning folks and their health. Meridian_Mike, we'll remember your friends with the virus and your wife as she is apparently involved at a hospital providing for those that are sick. The hospitals and doctors offices are usually full without the help of the virus, it must be overwhelming to the medical people of our nation. Praying God's blessing on all who are involved.
