Here is another one for my kitchen knives collection I received yesterday…… old E.C. Simmons Keene Kutter with a beautiful stag handle..I’m going to clean it up a bit (not much, I love the patina)and re-epoxy the handle and admire it! Then put it with the rest of them when I’m done

I like your Schrade Copenhagen Tom, I have admired those for years but never bought one.
Here is the latest addition to my herd. Another Northwoods MSA Marbles by Dave Shirley. A Dr knife in a deep amber bone. I don’t collect a lot of Dr knives, but I have a thing for these Marbles Northwoods knives. This makes my 3rd one, I have a lot of catching up on these to do.

Oh yeah. I haven't added any Dr. knives to the pile in a long time but that doesn't mean I've lost my taste for them. That's a beauty.

That is a amazing doctors knife Mark  ::tu:: ::nod:: . I thought my Winchester mop was the best looking doc knife I've seen, but yours beats it by a land-slide ::tu:: 8) .
I think that should be a keeper for you, or if not, you know where to send it   .

Thank you Jerry, Tom, Steve and Willy. This bone is what I liked the most about this. Queen did this bone right on these Marbles knives.
Jerry, I didn’t realize you liked Doctor’s knives too, you post so many trappers or mini trappers. We need to see your collection of Dr knives sometime.

Doctor knives were my first passion. Maybe I should start a thread devoted to them. I never had a ton of them but I've sold some along the way and the pile has dwindled. While the Mini-Trappers currently burn the brightest, there's still a warm spot in my heart for the Docs.

I haven't been on this thread for a few days and you guys are really picking up some good knives even in times like we find ourselves.
Here is one I got in the mail today from the NRA Store. With my background I just could pass it up. Don't know who made it, it doesn't say China, but most likely was. Anyway the "walk & talk" is good and it has some weight to it. The tin box it came in is quite nice also. I'll be proud to carry or display it.

Nice one, Dave.
I keep hoping the Air Force will get into the game and allow USAF commemorative knives. *sigh*

In the mailbox today...
The Gerber is a Thank You gift for a buddy of mine. He's been allowing me to pick off his wood pile to stoke my firepit.

The Boker is for me. I'm a stockman guy and while perusing the stockman offerings at SMKW, this one caught my eye. At 4" closed, falls into my "perfect size" slot.

Is that one of the US made Bokers? I saw a similar one I was wanting to go for on ebay. I love my German Congress and Stockman.

EeDeCe, I believe it to be made in Germany.
It doesn't have USA anywhere on the knife or box, and the box has MANUFAKTUR GERMANY.
SMKW lists the manufacturer as Germany.

Am liking your Boker a lot. 4" is also my ideal for a stockman plus I do favor smooth scales for use. ::tu::
