Case Paste metal polish

Came across a tube of Case paste that was in one of my toolboxes in my garage. My garage isn't heated and on the tube it says do not let product freeze. Living here in Wisconsin I'm sure it froze, was out there all winter! I can still use it right?

Seriously though, how would freezing have an adverse effect on the polishing paste, if any?

Freezing/thawing might cause some of the chemicals/compounds to separate.
Emphasis on might.
