Terrific l👀king knives guys! ::tu::

This one arrived yesterday, another Ulster 63, 3 blade, swelled center, 3 5/8" closed, "whittler" pocket knife. This one has seen some use in it's lifetime. Now it can retire and relax in my collection. I gave it a very mild cleaning, took a few pictures and here it is.

Thank you Tom. ::tu:: It's an Ulster 63, it's not a Camillus 72. It IS a Camillus 72 variation. All of my "72" variations (as of February 8, 2020) are pictured here: viewtopic.php?f=63&t=62956&start=300#p792830
I've added some since then and they are spread out through the rest of that topic.

Concerning Chicago Cutlery Folding Knives, I was the national sales manager at Chicago Cutlery when we introduced our sporting knife line. We contracted with Imperial Schrade to manufacture them to our specs including our traditional walnut handles we used on our kitchen cutlery. I remember visiting the Schrade factory on our way to our factory in Antrum, NH where we stamped the kitchen cutlery from coil stock. We also made the folding fillet knives in house. Anyway, the folding knives made by Schrade were excellent quality, but failed to gain sales traction due to price. The plan was to launch in hardware stores where we were very successful with our kitchen cutlery.
I still have one of the original hand made oak sample cases (#9) with all eight knives and the two sharpening steels in original condition. I'd guess there were about 20 produced.
