I've a couple of old folders where the nail nick is shot
I'd like to deepen them
what tool would you advise I use?

After watching that, if I need that done, I'll send it out. I ain't trying that. I'll mess that up for sure.

I have tried different tools on my Dremel to deepen a nail nick. None of them
worked well at all ( I tried it first on an old knife).
I tried to get Case to to do it since after all it was their fault at manufacture.
They would not do it.
I finally got one of the guys here at AAPK to do it for me. Turned out well.
Moral of the story if you do not have a lot of tools to work on knives give it to someone else.

Thanks for the advice
Not real woth the expense sending it to a cutlers - maybe the solution will be to easy open the handle rather than try and improve the nail nick
