Today, I belt carried a Mora Eldris I normally do not carry fixed blades into public, but Tractor Supply definitely ain't Walmart; and most people don't care. Besides, I'm in a big outdoorsman area. I live in VA--while dirks, daggers, bowies, and autos are not allowed (as well as machetes); but no length limit. WV--3.5" or under concealed; anything open. However, I take that myself as being the limit regardless. Tennessee, I can carry anything; but try to keep it reasonable and light-duty, since all I do is typically go to Bristol and the Tri-Cities shopping once or twice a summer.
Opened some new screwdrivers. I keep losing bits; but I like having screwdrivers stashed in a lot of places. I used to have the Teeny Turner years ago, but lost nearly all the bits. The bigger one, nope. I do like it quite a bit. Picquic makes their screwdrivers in Canada, the bits in Taiwan. At least not China... My 6-in-1 is a USA Channellock, but I needed a few more bits. Unfortunately, being Canadian, they skimped on T10 and T15 for Robertson on the big driver.
New boots, and I cut the elastic and tags off. My Muck Chores had shredded foam on the calves for about a year. No big deal. Couple weeks back, they started leaking in the spring box--the rubber lower part had come unglued from the foam calf. And besides, I hated slipping all over the place with the tread in both these, and my cheaper Servus. I picked these $45 Itasca as I cannot blow another $100 on Muck to only last 2 1/2 years with moderate use. They also have aggressive mud tread; meaning no more embarassing falls.
Opened up four bags of feed for the sheep.
