This was the result of today's trip to the post office. Another Allen Cutlery Company, 2 blade, jack pocket knife.
I gave it a gentle cleaning, took some pictures and here it is.

Cool Skip! Nice size collection ya got goin there! ::tu:: :D

I just recieved this little guy today. It's in excellent, almost mint condition, with a bail & nice sturdy leather slip. I paid 4€ or about 4.40$ for it shipped. I'm well pleased with my new addition. ::tu:: Does anyone know anything about the stamp? Two crossed arrows inside a circle? There is nothing else other than the crossed arrows. If so, I'd appreciate the information. ::tu::
Thanks for looking. ::handshake::

I found this AAPK thread. viewtopic.php?t=31416 Looks like it may be from China. :roll: Oh well, what did I expect for that price? :mrgreen: It's still a nice little knife & slip no matter who made it. :D ::tu::
Funny how finding out the land of origin can ruin my high opinion of something. ::facepalm:: ::shrug:: If it were from NY, PA or the US in general, I'd be much prouder to own it. ::shrug::

Tom, it is most certainly a Chinese stamp, so what! If you like it, what else is there?

The Ponder Post Rider was just here and I received these two little jewels in the mail. I bought them from one of our esteemed members (ORVET). He has a very good selection of knives for you to choose from on his AAPK store.
The advertising pitch was free.
We have a Utica Baseball Bat Knife and a CASE double blade Eisenhower knife.
And then we have Griffin who just doesn't understand what all the hubbub is about.

For those of you unfamiliar with what an Ewok is, they are creatures in Star Wars movie.

Well let’s make it a Dog & knife Saturday then... here’s a vintage Sam McDowell scrimshaw and a 2005 Salty dog. The scrimshaw does have a crack by the pin, Salty dog however is in excellent condition.

Thanks Doc & David! There’s a sign on our back gate leftover from previous owners, it says “Attack Dog” and has a silhouette of a Doberman... I don’t think any of the neighbors are fooled.
