Scott I asked you this in another forum and perhaps you didn't see it. What is your experience since Ebay switched over to the new payment processor? Do you find it better, worse, or the same? Also interested in knowing what others have encountered. About a month ago I got a phone call that they were suspending my account. They were going through a secondary round of verification and my personal information did not match between Ebay, Pay Pal , and my new bank account. I was given 15 days to correct the problem or else my account would be closed down. finding out what the problem was took some investigation but all it amounted to was the difference between Bob and Robert on various accounts. IMO that was stupid because all accounts had the same SSN and I have been a member for more than 20 years. If fraud was involved it seems most likely that would have happened before now, but it is their game and their rules I suppose.
Saw this on the local news so fraud is out there. Maybe they're just doing their jobs.

I have been on the new plan for just a few days now so I can't see any difference at this early point. I can't exactly see how returns will be handled but I guess they have it all figured out.
Mainly, I just don't like to change things up when things are working fine.

If you hit the quotation marks, as I;m doing it notifies me a notification is new. Other than that I couldn't possibly go back over all my posts to see who's replied....I just happen to stop here because I saw in my posts.just bob wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 3:46 pm Scott I asked you this in another forum and perhaps you didn't see it. Anyhow, I believe that email from ebay was a scam. I haven't changed a darn thing.
