look out for?

Post by Rock3tman »

Currently im looking through ebay in search of some knives to add to my collection, but every time i look in "counterfeit watch" i see a bundle of new posts about these fake knives. So really what im trying to aim at is dose anyone have a list of sellers that i should be on the look out for?
~thank you

I don't think it's as easy as that, sometimes it's an honast seller that just doesn't know what he has. Many times knives are questioned, but no one can be certain if they are real.

It would be interesting to see if someone would stick their Neck out and make a list.....it seems that their are a few sellers that just plain are meant for deception.

I agree id like to know the main scammers who are intentionally trying to make money off of fakes and counterfits.

IMO, the risk of a defamation suit is too high if someone posted a list of "scammers". I think just by watching this thread and paying attention, over time you realize which sellers to avoid due to their knives having issues. You also learn what to look for at a knife show and save yourself from getting burned. All of us in our early knife buying experience have bought something that was not what we thought it was. ::dang::
