There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

In the hospital

This time it's me. I woke up this morning about 5am having difficulty breathing so Cheryl rushed me to the ER. I have pneumonia and was admitted. I'm resting now for at least overnight. Pray that is all the time I will have to be here. God Bless.

we know that you did not create us to be ill. You created us to flourish and to fellowship with you. Pneumonia is not what you created David for, please heal him quickly so he can return home soon.

Hello Everyone, I'm home from the hospital now with a bag full of meds and instructions for the doctors. I hope and want you all to know that I'm very grateful for your thoughts and prayers. Knowing God is in control and that I have such good friends like all of you praying for me is medicine you can't buy in a pharmacy. Now I just need a week or so to get my strength back and get ready for my trip to St. Louis to see my oldest son and his family. God bless all of you for your faithfulness.
