CaseXX, I first had to smile at your little girl, then smiled at your heater. I just bought the same one a few days ago for my office. (A heater, not a little girl.)

Hear hear! She's a sweetie, and I like your heater
. The toothpick is coming along real fine, bet that cedar sure smells nice.
Used my ole, plain jane, imperial Ireland sod buster to work on a red delicious. Been developing a great "acid" etch and patiena for some time now. For some reason out of all my knives, this one is one of my favorite users

Thought about this after I wrapped these tender loins with bacon. This is my old faithful 77OT that permanently lives on the kitchen window sill. It is used for the final touch up, removing small pieces of fat or silver skin on venison prior packaging and sometimes as tonight, before broiling.
I'm going to show the finished product in the cook book thread.

Fished on the Trent River and managed to snag a bush I couldn't get to - had to cut the mono and then cut the tag after re-tying a snap. Had this Craftsman Jack in my pocket. OH

Heater? I was sure that was an old-timey radio.Quick Steel wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2020 2:47 pm CaseXX, I first had to smile at your little girl, then smiled at your heater. I just bought the same one a few days ago for my office. (A heater, not a little girl.)

Today looks like a total washout, so these old soldiers have been enjoying a day of light duty.

The teardrop is a Western States and the pen knife is Bostwick & Braun. I don't have Goins or Levine's books so your guess is as good as mine as to the age.

Used my Victorinox 84mm Fieldmaster to open my medicine this morning. This afternoon, I used my Kershaw DWO to cut what was left of a tarp off the barn, and then open a package containing a new Fisher pen.

Fencing today. Anything that needs cutting is well taken care of.

Thanks Garddog. Fencing pliers and a set of lineman’s are required for fencing imo.

Today the SAK Small Tinker got to go out.. Replace the battery in my Moms doorbell.. Uses the flat/opener blade to pop the button housing off the door frame.. Then again to pop the battery out.. Installed a new battery the back on the door frame the button housing went.. DingDong success!!

The loppers were further up the trail so I used my SW 856 to trim this tree back. Most of the limbs only took one or two quick cuts. Don't need a big knife, just a sharp one and a little technique.

I used this CASE and a SAK Spartan today. Not much hard work, just hung this rack that I made for the wife to hang her cast iron skillets and such from. The CASE opened a box of screws and trimmed some wood fibers.

Wade, I guess I have not been paying attention to newer Case knives and the Warncliffe blade on your Copperhead caught my eye. I know the Warncliffe blade is very handy but it’ll take me a while seeing one in that frame.Colonel26 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 07, 2020 9:37 pm I used this CASE and a SAK Spartan today. It was a gift to me from and good friend. It’s my one and only CASE Copperhead. It surely does look different in that frame than the normal clip, but man is it useful. I haven’t had the chance too use it as a skinner yet, but I think it would make a great small game skinner.treefarmer wrote: ↑Sat Feb 08, 2020 12:57 amWade, I guess I have not been paying attention to newer Case knives and the Warncliffe blade on your Copperhead caught my eye.
