I was wondering John if, when you get into the woods, you carry bear spray. Or if bears are an issue.

Bears are not an issue Garry.. No bear spray.. In 15yrs of hiking I have only seen 1 bear and he/she was at a distance moving away..Quick Steel wrote: ↑Fri Jan 31, 2020 2:21 pm I was wondering John if, when you get into the woods, you carry bear spray. Or if bears are an issue.

Re: Knives in the Wild
So, I had set up this KC for a couple of pics to put in the Robt Klaas thread, when my old buddy decided to do a little photobombing. I guess it then qualified for "Show us your pets", but I decided to throw a couple in this thread. Here is a Crane, with a little support from a Lab.

Ike, I had a similar experience while photographing a moose once. It was in Jackson Wy. They seemed to know each other. The dogs name was Wilson, I never heard the moose's name.

NYK Walden/Hammer Brand
As I snapped this photo, I heard the stalk crying out, "Help! There is a Corn Knife stuck in my ear!".
Yes, I know, wrong type of corn.....just having a little fun.

Thank you, Steve.
Floyd, you need a little Cornhusker's Lotion for those calluses.

Re: Knives in the Wild
I wonder if the stalk could h--ear it coming or if he felt like he was being stalked?
But hey, "Jimmy crack corn and I don't care. My master blades gone away." LOL!
