Need to see some pictures, clear close ups of the whole knife front and back and tang stamp. Is it a new one or an old one? Case will not fix many old knives that they made if they have been discontinued and they no longer have parts.

Welcome to AAPK. Case sometimes cannot fix knives because the pattern is no longer in production (or has been re-tooled) and therefore they don’t have old parts to do the repair. I recommend you go to the Knife Repair and Restoration forum here on AAPK viewforum.php?f=37

Post pictures of your knife there, with a description of what’s broken and ask if someone can repair it. Several members here are knife mechanics, and they are posting and reading that forum. Many of them have parts from old “donor” knives, or can make parts. While you are there you can see some examples of their work too. ::tu::
