Info on Hy Kaufmann & Son knives wanted
Anyone have any info on Hy Kaufmann knifes? Who made them, when, etc. Blade does show Solingen

1856-1995. the k55k(black cat) and mercator were two of their marks. originally heinrich kaufmann & soehne, indiawerk, solingen, germany. (goins)
