Re: Knife Photography
John, that's a neat looking piece of wood. The colors in that Case bonestag match and make that a great picture!

This was my grandfather’s knife.

Re: Knife Photography
Very nice set, very nicely photographed, Old Folder.
John - that is a really good photo with the dead tree and the Case. The quality of the wood certainly complements the handle.
Nice photo, Tony. I bet you check your pocket a hundred times a day when you carry that knife.
The climate here on the Gulf Coast is a bit odd. Today I noticed that my pear tree's leaves were very autumnal, so I picked up a few to used as a back drop.

Re: Knife Photography
Thanks, fellows, for the comments about my photo.
Beautiful knife, beautiful photo, Kris.
Here is an old Schrade on an old pine. Not much left of either. The second photo was when I was trying to figure out how to stage the knife. Notice that I had help from Socrates, and he had a reward!

Re: Knife Photography
Does this count as "Knife Photography?"
I bought this blade opener, because I keep my nails short and sometimes I have a hard time opening blades on some of the older knives.
It's a Rough Rider, stainless steel full tang and smooth bone handle.
