Newest Case Pick-Ups

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Thought I would try out this new burnt purple Tribal Bone jigged Barlow. Thinking about these for Christmas gifts. Then I got an email showing a two blade with Buffalo horn handles available. Now I don’t know what to do. Good thing I have almost 2 months to decide. The color varies on these enough that I would recommend buying when you can see the actual knife. Lots offered out there with a stock photo. This one doesn’t “pop” like some I have seen, that’s probably why I won the auction a good 13 dollars below retail on this one. It’s still a nice knife though.

Don't feel lonesome. The Mini-Trapper I bought with these handles doesn't "pop" like some of the others. Seems like it's catch as catch can.

Thought I would post this here first. It’s the Case exclusive Buffalo Horn Barlow. You can only get this through the WRCase website. I was little hesitant on the price but after I got it, I am ready to buy more. This will be a good one for any collection and, I’m guessing, it will be one that will appreciate over time. It is simply gorgeous.

Hello Casers!

Just got my second & third Case knives & I'm very excited about both of them! ::super_happy::
A Case Sod-Buster Jr. for my "Case Family". More about that one here.:
viewtopic.php?f=66&t=63739&start=15

And a nice stockman with Flag Shield. My pictures do not do any knife justice but the flag shield with the black bone background is a nice contrast. Hope you enjoy the pictures. ::tu::
