It's not a knife but it's where I keep my knives. Holds 42 mixed folders 4" or so and below. I love these things. For me, they work just fine.

I need to try one of those. Pretty much all I own are sub-4" knives, primarily Electricians, Campers, and Stockmen; with a few Barlows and Jacks as well. I do like how Sack Ups are treated to protect against rust, but I just don't like rolls. A zippered case is much better, and easier to use.

Only problem is hawkbills (which is pretty much the only awkwardly sized pattern I have several of) and rope knives--probably won't fit. They don't in Sack-Ups.

Rope knives fit, so do Hawkbills. Just be judicious about where you place them.

Yesterday, I picked up these two at the post office. A Craftsman 9494 and an Ulster 55D "Deer Head."
The Craftsman received a little cleaning, the Ulster was in great shape. The pictures are mine.

Picked up a Hammer Brand Fishtail at the Antique Mall for the whopping sum of 3 bucks. First fishtail for me. I think that's what there called. :)

Hi Floyd. On the Schrade, except for the one blade having a rounded tip, it is in great condition. I've "reshaped" that blade since posting these pictures. It didn't come out perfect, but it looks better than it did. It's posted in the Camillus 72 Clones topic.

Youse guys received some really fine cutlery today. ::tu::

Monday must be the day for knife guys. I received this Camillus #25 today. Only made in the 1970's. I've wanted one for a long time with a hook sharpening stone embedded in the handle. A little bit of Quick Release and it snaps like a wild boar. It's in good condition.

Talked to Dale the other day and he was bragging up his favorite pen. I had never heard of them so he generously dropped one in the mail to me. Came today and he wasn't just spoofin'. It's a fine writing instrument. Thanks Dale.
