What is the reason a whittler would have half stops on the two secondary blades but not on the master blade?

Secondary Blades can be sharper than the main Blade in Some instance ,and harder to handle safely ,Big snap +small Blade =Petrie Sample :lol: Jmo :)

It makes sense to me too. I think Jmo is “ just my opinion”. Not his name. Now I wonder if I’m wrong?
