Hammer Brand Toothpick Rehab
Just finished this Hammer Brand Conversion. I was told it was from 1945-55...but I don't see the USA. Is this circa 1938-41?
Off with the deteriorating celluloid / shell handles. Fabricated nickle-silver bolsters. Finished with Culpepper Amber Wormgroove (MGC) bone. (Whatever mgc means?)

MGC must be an abbreviation for magic, because that it what you worked on that old Hammer Brand!

That knife needs to labeled a "Doc Brand" since you upgraded the bolsters and put on some beautiful scales! You made that one a sure 'nuff beauty Doc!
