What kind of leverlock is this?

What kind of leverlock is this?
I have a leverlock switchblade and I can't figure out what or who makes it. It Doesn't say a name brand. It has a picture of a man waving a red cape at a bull,(torro, torro!!), so I'm guessing it was made in mexico. Still, if anyone knows, I'd really be interested in finding out about it.
