I'm not a Case expert by any means but that is a Half Whittler, not a Copperhead. Just a mistake on the sellers part - he has another Half Whittler labled correctly. ::shrug:: I don't know what they book for but even a Bulldog should draw at least twice that for ivory on a knife as small as 3-1/8 inches.

I wonder what the Case guys have to say?

I2109x is a baby copperhead with imitation ivory handles. the I can be mammoth but that one is not mammoth.

I think that was a SFO handled in imitation ivory as Johnnie says

IV=Ivory(can be seen in Sargent's latest page 31)
I= Imitation Ivory(or recently mastadon)

Also notice that the shield is the one used on synthetic materials

That was a standard catalog product, not an SFO but as others have pointed out the handles are ivory delrin, not ivory.

Case brought out a few patterns including the trapper in that handle and the same patterns in imitation pearl....they were only in the catalog for one year maybe two...so they are somewhat rare.

I bought a 1992 I201 Pen knife for $ 60.00 that was advertized as Ivory...........it is Ivory Delrin......it was a lesson learned for me....but I do like the knife...and was suspicious all along........Seller was Sexton Knife Works

I have seen several knives that I wasa bidding on that he won for under $60 and puts them up for sale for buy it now at $150 or better.I know he is trying to make a living but get real,we all have to make a living ::disgust::

BigHead, I've seen the same thing; from this seller. Just about every knife at his store is "Buy Now", with sky-high prices. I don't see how he can sell much; with his prices.
