Been kinda busy with the 72's the last month or so. There is a Schrade 963 and a Rigid RG70 included for good measure. I've already posted a couple but here is a group shot. Also a little Buck whittler and a Western 6504 with whittler on the tang stamp.

Floyd, that's a very nice group of difficult to obtain 72's and clones. Besides being difficult to find, the white Scout is prone to cracking at the shield.

Floyd, All great knives! Looks like Coca-Cola got serious about their advertising knives! Wonder what kind of a promotion prompted that one? Probably a local bottler or district wide "hoop-t-do".

Got this Queen #19 in the mail from Paladin this morning. It is a match for another #19 that I got a few weeks back. Grandson's birthday knives, they are. :)

There are hundreds of different knives with "Coca Cola" on the handle or as a blade etch, USA and German, exported to S/E Asia and South America. There are "Coca Cola" knife collectors. A few of these knives have a fairly high value ~ $100.

Quite the lineup you got thar doglegg. You should feel mighty good about them, coming from the master (JerryD). :D
Boy Philip, you are spoiling the boys rotten! Mighty fine #19 there. Hard to beat a good ole Queen trapper. I know i have 3 and counting.
Man QS! You nailed it again! Some sweet stag on that one.
Nothing to report on my end, yet. Big package of 15 vintage, Imperial brown bone, army knives coming in from Tom Cosgrove. Just hit the border and waiting for the snail mail to carry it home. Can't wait!! ::drool:: ::drool::

Almost forgot to post this one, I think. Got it a week or maybe a little longer ago. It is not stamped with anything but I like it anyways. F&F is ok - good and the snap is great. Anybody ever seen one like it and know who made it, please fill me in. Thanks! ::tu::

Bone with that style of jigging is seen on knives from Pakistan and some of the older knives from China. Do not let country of origin discourage you or your attraction to this knife. Every country is capable of making good knives as well as not so good knives. Sharpen it up (most knives need the edge improved regardless of who made it) and use it and then judge the knife on it's own merits, not where it is from.
