Beautiful knives guys!
But then again, when are they not. For me, today's extra carry is this Camillus 72.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
I had this one with me today. Super tight lockup.. someone just modified it to what they wanted it to be. I bought it off a man that supposedly bought it off the original owners son at a garage sale?? That’s the story told to me.. either way it’s a heck of a knife.

Jdub, that's quite a knife. I had to look at it twice and then look it up to realize what it is.
Previous owner didn't want that one to slip out of his hand.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
Well, it is a very rare knife to say the least. Story is,, Guy bought it new and worked as a machinist. Customized it as his hunting knife. The man I bought it off of said he bought it from the original owners son at a garage sale?? I’ll tell you this it wasn’t used much prior to me taking ownership. Inside the well had no rust whatsoever. I put all those spots in there from carrying it. He ground the bevel out of it to make a flat blade so to speak. The lines that’s been added to it are so precise. Each one is exactly the same distance apart. He done a good job. You have to think back then no one thought of these as collector items.!!!treefarmer wrote:Jdub, that's quite a knife. It's all thumb-stud manual, no coil spring. I believe it's been discontinued.....maybe completing a review would be not too smart.Sasquach wrote:Nice! Is that one of the "assisted open" models?TripleF wrote:Been toting this BUCK for a while now....fixin' to do a review on 'er.

Nice jigging and blade combo on that knife I-Man.Ivoryman wrote:
I carried two Schatt & Morgans today. The large pen is a nice knife even with the blade rub. Just wish the keystone shield was smaller or not there at all, detracts from the jigging pattern IMO. On the other hand I wouldn't change a thing on the rosewood handled jack. I like the scales, the blade shape and long pull nail nick, the shield, and the steel pins and liners.

Hey Scott. Dad has the exact same knife, i bought for him a while ago. It is a really good knife! Great for general cutting jobs around the farm. Perfect size. Not to big, not to small. Great steel. It's a buck, how can you go wrong!

Sunknife somethings merit a 2nd look. Like them both.
And I also like the bones on that whittler. A good duo.
Iman you already know what I think of that beauty.
