Re: Knife Photography
I don't really collect new knives but over the years I've picked up a few un-used ones. The next pic is of some fishing knives I've gotten recently. Three of them have been used very little. Thanks

Cool pic jmh.
Berryb, knice bunch of knives. The fish knives are interesting for their various styles. That bone jack is the one that catches my eye.
Tony, I'm not familiar with that kind of fish. What is it? Also you might borrow some of Berryb's fish knives to test them out.

Thanks Tony, it looks salt water. I was having trouble remembering what lakes and streams in Missouri were salt water.Tony_Wood wrote:True. True.doglegg wrote:Cool pic jmh.![]()

It is one from last year. Early on in the scale work. Was a busted, ugly, jigged, grean bone.doglegg wrote:I haven't seen that one Tony. Is it new to you?Tony_Wood wrote:007B4EFF-9783-459E-8C11-DDBB38A38C0E.jpeg
I have given several away lately, and had to reach deep into the roll for this one.

A good steward brings from his treasure things old and new. I guess that one fits both categories. I wondered if it was some of your work. Keep showing them.

If you ever wish to part with that Geo. Re: Knife Photography
Jtx, love the rusty saw blade for scale.
Tony W great covers, sweet shell shot.
roofc, great knife, like the needles backdrop. Several winners in there.
Same one on me for days, sorry to bore you with it. At least a different place, different pose.

NWNY- I just got the wire frame last week, so I'm still admiring it. I am going to a big flea market this weekend so I'll keep my eyes open for another. How much is too much if I do find one?

You can say that again doglegg
Pearlies always turn out great, beautiful knives to begin with. You almost can't take a bad pic with them.
Some of the easiest yet hardest stuff to take pics of.
