So the tang stamp reads ULSTER KNIFE CO
Company name stamped: Milwaukee Mechanics Insurance Company
On back there is a circle with 75 inside it, and 1852 (outer edge top circle) 1927 bottom edge outer circle
making them 92 years old?
Are these ULSTER'S really almost 100 yrs old?

75th anniversary of the company. They were founded in 1852 and it looks like your knife was made in 1927. If they are still around (big if) they would be 167 years old. Probably absorbed by another company somewhere along the line.On back there is a circle with 75 inside it, and 1852 (outer edge top circle) 1927 bottom edge outer circle

I have serpentine lobster knives marked "Ulster Knife Co" and with an advertising date on handle for 1920's. So the answer to your question is: Yes those knives are in their nineties, nearly 100 yrs old, eh.
