Ivory mostly. A little antler. Both are about the hardness of a medium hardwood like Oak, Maple etc. You do nice work. Impressive realism. Also like the Tauga nut, I have thought about trying my hand at carving them. I've heard it called vegetable ivory, plant or herb ivory or something like that. Looks great on your handle. True art forms no doubt. Thanks.
