Case XX Barlow 62009 1/2
IM trying to figure if this Case is a 1940-1964 or later, thanks for all your help AAPK! DonG
I really like Barlows of course most knives in general.. The red bones are real nice..

Yes, it is a pre-1964. I've got one just like yours. Nice knife. I really like the color of the handles.

It's interesting how the scales are cut back further on the mark side....right past the pin near the bolster.
Bluerush and Remington -are both of your samples like this...?

That si intresting about the cut back like that. Remington is your also red? I guess this would be a red bone?

Yes, mines red , and has the cutback on both sides.

Okay let me post another one or three. Im sure it's a barlow! I like the shape of a barrlow and another big thing is the price you can get some old barlows for a very fair price. I love getting those old Circle C knives.

yeah, the barlow is one of my favorites too. i really like your case tested 62009. you dont see those in that kind of condition much anymore.....or atleast i dont.

Yes you don't see that old of knife in that good of condition. Barlows are one of my favorite knives, along with all other type of knives lol.
