problems posting

Post by arathol »

I have noticed recently that I can't seem to post here much. I have to log in every time, I check the "auto log-in" box every time. When trying to post, after typing the message, loading pictures etc, clicking the "submit" button results in being redirected back to the login page, a message that I need to be logged in to post, and the post getting deleted. This started a few weeks back when things started changing here, and this is the only place it happens. I posted the problem on the Questions and Concerns section and got no answers. However it seems from the replies that I am not the only one having this problem. This is currently the 4th attempt at posting this, so far its been lost every time. Looksl like I won't be posting here until this gets resolved. Anyone else seeing this?

I can't get the auto-log-in to work; but no problems posting.

You may want to let Bryan know by sending him a pm. If you are unable to to that let us know, it may be your firewall settings or the internet security set to maximum. You can just click on tools, then internet options and security is the second tab I believe. Good Luck! ::tu:: ::tu::

Hmmm... Try this if you could, arathol...

Toward the bottom of the forum's index page there is a link to delete all board cookies. I've attached a picture to show where exactly it is located. Click the link (it will log you out and hopefully delete any corrupt cookies on your machine), log back in and let me know if it does the trick.

Thanks,
Bryan

Hi Paul,

You might try doing same. I'm not sure if it will help or not. I might have to do a bit more investigating on the issue.
