Old Timer Complimentary knives

Post by Beag1eGal »

Hi everyone.
Hope you all are doing well.
Quick question please.
Did Schrade Old Timer ever do an 18OT[mighty mite]
With "Compliments of Schrade" on the blade for 1982.
I am looking for one with this specific year. It is the year my husband and I met and it was the knife I was carrying then.
Thank you.

Cannot say for sure about 1982, but I have one from 1985.

I know you are after an Old Timer for 1982 and I wouldn't want to try to dissuade you from the quest. However, for your 1994 Anniversary you could easily find a Case Peanut tang stamped with the 6 dots. Eventually you'd have TWO nice gift knives! OH
Deep in the guts of most men is buried the involuntary response to the hunter's horn, a prickle of the nape hairs, an acceleration of the pulse, an atavistic memory of his fathers, who killed first with stone, and then with club...Robert Ruark
