ANY IDEA ON WHAT THIS IS ?

i got this knife off of a freind. he thought it is military ?
but it has strange blades. stamped mappin and webb ?
i would be gratefull for any knowledge on what it is.
and if it has any value ?

My impression is that it’s a knife used for equine hoof care. But I could be wrong.

I think it, too, is a horseman's knife / multitool. Out of the UK.

I agree, Horseman's Knife.

The screws are there to facilitate impromptu harness or bridle repair.

thank you all for your input.
now the blades make sense. of there use.
and i wondered why there were 2 big screws sticking out of it.
clever idea to fix a broken leather strap.
