Dang Ivoryman! Those are some fine photos of really nice knives!!! ::tu::

This isn't the best picture, I had trouble with all of the reflections and the varying depths, but here is an updated shot of my "Knife Corner" in my home office / den.

My latest Case acquisition, came in yesterday's mail from the Shane Gilliatt AAPK store; a 1981 Case 63027 Small Stockman to pair with my 1981 Case 63033 Small Stockman. I played around with the photo in the photo editor. OH

Sasquach I appreciate the compliment, but hey, come on now, look who's talking? I have one shelf with a couple dozen knives displayed and it's close to half my whole accumulation. You have more stag knives displayed than I have knives period, and I can see dozens of beauties in every corner. Wow, blown away. And why are you keeping all those babies hidden? Shoot man, you could show us a new knife every day for like a year and not recycle anything. Wow is all I can say.

Well I was just thinking that was maybe the best looking Delrin I've ever seen and the photos were phenomenal. But then I read you played around with photo editor and everything fell into place. Well, great shot whatever you did. Looks sweet.

It's not how many knives you have, it's how much you enjoy the knives you have. Almost every knife I have has been posted here on one thread or another....I'm a hopelessly incurable show off! ::super_happy:: I know collectors whose collections dwarf mine but when you get down to brass tacks we're all the same....some have just been at it longer. You've got the knife bug and you have good taste, I'm reasonably certain that shelf of yours will need to get bigger as time goes on. ::nod::

Thanks Scott. It all started with a drawer full of old pocket knives that had belonged to family members and ones that I had retired. One day I thought it would be nice to organize those old knives.......and a collector was born! ::super_happy::

I've been doing some painting in the house but this room is going to be last! Thinking about taking down those display cases and all of the memorabilia on the other two walls is intimidating!

I like playing around with light and shadows but it can be tricky. I must have taken a hundred photos before I finally got one that turned out alright.
