Can't tell much from the picture. It's a doctor's knife with a folding spatula.
If I have seen further it is by standing on the shoulders of giants.

Welcome to AAPK. Looks like the tang stamp is “Queen City” in script which is an old stamp (1937-1945) used by Queen Cutlery. Some references say 1925-1945.

It could also be a modern knife made with the old Queen City tang stamp. Queen used the old Queen City script stamp on modern knives in the period of early 2000's through their recent closure.

Would need better photos to fully evaluate.

The divot in the spatula blade makes me curious. I see it does have a bottom bolster. The handles also make me wonder if it hasn't been rehandled. ::shrug::

This is a fairly new one with the Queen City tang stamp which doesn't match the stamp on the OP's knife.

Thanks for adding the pictures. I think the pantographed number 2 on the back tang of the master blade is significant. #2 of a small run, series or club knife. Most likely a modern knife like Steve suggested.

Agree, it looks to be a modern knife. The addition of other pictures, beyond the first posted single (and poor) picture, helps a lot.
