Cat & dog.

I assume the Cat was made in 1963 or before & I was told the KA-BAR is around a 1984 or '85 model.
I guess Queen made it but I don't know.

Thanks doglegg. Actually, I had to borrow this knife for the day from my sister who, upon given the opportunity, requisitioned it as her purse knife. She is so fond of this knife that I had to explain I wanted to give it a little maintenance and that I would be sure to return it.......at the end of the day.

All GEC, all black for me today.
I need to start using the harness jack more, carried quite a few times but rarely used as the lack of patina shows. :)

Well my friend thanks for the complementary agreement. I've never seen them on a GEC before but I haven't had that many. Couple Queens on the pivot I've seen have them. But I love them becauase they afford much better grip and I like the stud look on this one, and they are something for the fingers to grab onto so I really like having them. Feels good to me, that's all I know. But thanks for noticing.

I love a toenail! They’re way more pocket friendly that many folks think. Yours is a real looker!

Man that looks great FRJ!
Muskrat Man sure does good work. If you don't mind me asking, around how much did it cost you to do this knife?
I have a few that i was thinking to get him to fix up. It would have to depend on how much it would cost in the end. It may be cheaper for me to buy all the tools, supplies and do it myself... ::hmm:: But i have to find out first.
Thanks
Willy

Thank you Wade and Paul and Willy for the comments.

Willy, if you contact Muskrat Man he will give you his current prices.

There was some 'loomfixer' talk recently, so I trotted mine out tonight.
The wee 'lil Gerber has been with me all weekend.
