Camillus Knife Advertising Printer's Block

Here is a vintage printer's block that was used
when advertising a certain style of a Camillus
pocket knife. Time span unknown. :D

I believe the last pic shows the union label? T.S.& E.U. 23
I'm guessing Type Setters & Engravers Union Local 23?
